We handle tickets during regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and our goal is to resolve them within 48 hours. If we find that the issue will take longer, we will let you know.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Review these steps and you'll understand the simple process of submitting and resolving a support ticket.

» Accept Invitation / Create a login

The first time you email support@ideabankmarketing.com or when IdeaBank enters a ticket in the system for you, you will receive an email inviting you to our Online Support Portal where you can create your login.

You can rely on email to correspond with our support team, or you can do both email and support portal conversations.

» Bookmark Support Portal

  • View My Area to see tickets.
  • Browse the Knowledge Base to get answers to standard questions (coming soon).
  • View your Profile to update contact info or log out.

» Request Support

When you create a ticket, you will receive an email letting you know we received your request. The email includes a ticket number so you can log into the portal and track your ticket(s).

» Correspondence

Responses between you and our support team will be sent via email. If your ticket has been waiting for feedback, you may receive a reminder.

You can also log into the Support Portal and track your tickets, or create a new one by clicking the Add ticket button.

» Resolution

Once the ticket is resolved, you will receive an email with the solution. Let us know if everything checks out. Once the ticket is approved and closed, you’ll receive an automated email asking for your response.
