After nearly 25 years at IdeaBank, Julie Fahrlander has become a walking archive of agency knowledge—and a go-to resource for all things web. As Web Concierge and head of our support team, Julie helps clients get the most out of their websites. Whether it’s solving a glitch, translating technospeak, or mapping out a project, she’s here to make it easier (and maybe even fun). She is just as comfortable dreaming up visuals as she is building the spreadsheet to make it happen — and she always has your back.

She may also have a self-diagnosed touch of musical Tourette’s — given the right word she may bust into a show tune mid-meeting (movie one-liners also make regular appearances). If you’re on a call with Julie, you’ve been warned.

She has worn many creative hats over the years — graphic designer, art director, illustrator, project manager — and loves bringing both artistry and order to every project. 

Outside of work, Julie’s creativity shines just as brightly. She’s married to Eric (band director extraordinaire), mom to a military son and a language-loving daughter, and a lifelong artist. She paints in pastel, oil, and acrylic, curates the Crete Public Library Art Gallery, and serves on the Blue River Arts Council board.

When not working or painting, you’ll Julie me in her backyard gazebo with deer, fireflies, and a soundtrack from nature (or maybe a musical).

Utilizing her Empathy, she recognizes teammates for their contributions, and with her Discipline strength, she takes new ideas and organizes details to create structure.
