Wieck Realty and Auction wanted a website, but also realized the importance of a comprehensive online approach. Their requests included a website with an updated and mobile-friendly design, an email marketing system integrated into the site and a system that would improve search ranking for geo-targeted areas of Nebraska. On the website, they wanted to showcase their services with separate sections for “Auctions” and “Real Estate” sales. These sections would be able to showcase many photos and videos and post results of the sales.

IdeaBank’s efforts included:

• Building a mobile-friendly website with a built-in GearsCMS for a redesigned wider format with an easy-to-navigate layout.
• Creating a custom template for their property pages. This template contains several mini photo galleries that can display an unlimited number of tracts. It also automatically moves properties into archive and allows them to post results, helping them build their reputation.
• Adding signup forms to the website and incorporating it with their email marketing system. In addition, they can automatically turn new content additions into email notifications for users who opt in.
• Designing an SEM program that drives traffic to the site within the specified region.
