IdeaBank names account executive, project manager

Hastings, NE — IdeaBank Marketing in Hastings has promoted one team member and hired another.

Ginger Billesbach has been promoted to account executive.

She will work with clients, vendors and IdeaBank’s creative team to organize and execute marketing plans. She will serve as a link between the agency and its clients to ensure that client needs are met and projects remain on track.

Billesbach graduated from Hamilton College in Lincoln in 2003 with an associate’s degree in business administration. She is a member of the Hastings Young Professionals and enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors.

Peyton Traudt has joined the IdeaBank team as project manager. Traudt will provide support to IdeaBank’s account executives, manage project traffic and assist with client needs. Before joining IdeaBank, she worked as client experience manager at Elevate Growth Solutions in Grand Island.

Traudt earned an Associate of Applied Sciences in business administration from Central Community College-Grand Island and her Bachelor of Business Leadership and Management from Bellevue University. She is head girls golf coach at Northwest High School in Grand Island.
